This course will guide you through 6 live Zoom classes to facilitate the opening of your energy body and channels. There will be meditation, gentle movement, and powerful spiritual practices handed down through many lineages of those doing this work so you can be the clearest channel in this life.
You’ll also be guided on a 15 minute daily spiritual practice. This is for you to take into your daily routine, and is an important pillar of this work. This regular practice is necessary, not because one needs to practice until they’re “good enough”… but because when you regularly carve out these energetic pathways within, your energy flows effortless through these channels outside of your practice. Lessons on anatomy of your energy channels
You’ll learn about the anatomy of your channel (so your mind can make sense of what it means to be clear channel and then get out of the way). You’ll move beyond understanding and into experiencing… feeling and expanding these energetic pathways within.
In particular, we’ll focus on the central column or central channel in your energy body and the points within it that must to open up for you to be the clearest channel for the highest consciousness that you can be in this life.
